The super talented south African female singer, Holly Rey comes with the official music video of her hit track titled “Wanna Be.”
Having dominated the airwaves in 2018 with her smash hit single “Deeper“, Holly Rey went on to own just under 5% of the total South African Airplay in 2019 with her follow up single “You“, which maintained a position on the South African Radiomonitor Top 20.
Her first original offering for 2020 is an immediate attention grabber, a dance floor filler and has all the makings of an instant hit.
“Wanna Be” proves again, that Holly Rey is a certified hitmaker. She collaborated with her in-house producer, Murphy Cubic, to create another dance track. The lyrics are what make this track an instant chart topper.
Holly Rey teamed up with songwriter and hitmaker Museeq IQ (Siphiwe Khumalo) who assisted in penning the lyrics for the track.
Museeq IQ would be best know for his hit “Lalala” as well as three of the hits off of Zakes Bantwini’s “The Fake Book And Real Book”.
The track was produced by Holly’s in house producer Zimbabwean born Murphy Cubic and is true to the sound that they have crafted as the Holly Rey signature sound. GET THE AUDIO
