A woman has dragged her husband to court after he caught her on bed with another man.
The woman identified as Christina Machale, had claimed that the husband had no rights to beat her after busting her while cheating and so she sued him.

She is now begging the court to grant her protection order.
“He caught me with another man but that does not give him the right to beat me. “After the incident he has been abusing me every day. “He calls me a prostitute in front of my minor children,” she said.
Christiana told the court how she ended up cheating on her husband.
“He does not buy food; he is failing to maintain his children. “I had to look for other means to take care of my family,” she added.
Ali told the court that he had been angered by his wife’s acts.
“I admit that beating her up was not right but I struggle to look after the family and she is not satisfied. “She is into prostitution. I caught her with another man in our house that’s why I always beat her.
“I am worried about the character that she is teaching my children,” he said.
Magistrate Gwatidzo granted Christina the protection order.
