According to the woman identified as @mizsthicknesz on Instagram, she had to give up her huge B00bs, hips and obesity to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
She posted an amazing transformation of her body weight under a year and a lot of her followers have been so awed by the change in structure and wonder how she was able to achieve that in a space of one year
