News has confirmed the sad death of Ghanaian rapper in the United States of Ghana.
Jay Gunz as the dead Ghanaian rapper is called was gunned at his home in Bronx, New York on Sunday 5th July 2020.
According to the report in the USA media, Jay Gunz and one other person died in some sort of gun battle. And another suffered severe injuries and still hospitalized.
The New York Police Department who responded to the call rushed the victims to the St Barnabas Hospital where the two passed away.
Announcing, the NYPD said:
ON SUNDAY, JULY 5TH, POLICE OFFICERS FROM THE 44 PRECINCT RESPONDED TO A 911 CALL FOR A MALE SHOT AT 306 EAST 171 STREET. UPON ARRIVAL, THEY DISCOVERED THREE MALES WITH GUNSHOT WOUNDS. TWO OF THE VICTIMS, LATER DIED FROM THEIR INJURIES, WHILE ONE REMAIN HOSPITALIZED.
One of the victims was Jay Gunz, the young rapper from Ghana. May his soul Rest In Peace
