The French club are prepared to DOUBLE the current transfer record and pay the Brazilian’s £200million release clause.
And according to reports in Spain , PSG will make their bid official on either Monday or Tuesday before closing the deal by the middle of the week.
Neymar is currently in the United States with his club as they prepare to take on Juventus in a friendly.
And reports in France suggest he has told his team-mates that he wants to leave the club for Paris.
His Barcelona manager, however, wants to keep the Brazil international at the Nou Camp.
Ernesto Valverde said: “This is a time of rumours and we understand that’s how it is,” he said. But he’s with us right now and we want absolutely for him to stay here.
“I’ve spoken to Neymar but we just talked about tactics and other stuff. He’s a player we love and we want him. Not only football wise but also the things that he brings to the team in the locker room.
“So basically going back to that rumour. That’s all it is.”
