An FCT Court in Abuja has dismissed the charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
The charges by the EFCC bordered on corruption and possession of firearms.
The court therefore discharged justice Ademola and all other defendants in the case, including his wife.
