President Buhari has terminated the appointment of former Secretary General of the Federation, Babachir Lawal and the Director General of the Nigeria Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke. A panel of inquiry led by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo indicted both men for corrupt practices. Babachir is alleged to have mismanaged funds meant for the welfare of IDPs while Oke is alleged to be the owner of the flat in Ikoyi where over $41 billion was found.
