A mid-afternoon fire is reported to have engulfed the Police Barracks on Panti Street in Yaba, Lagos.
The fire, which was said to have started around past 2 O’clock in the afternoon has consumed five flats, with occupants of the facility doing all they could to salvage their precious belongings from the disaster.
