As Zlatan Ibrahimovic picks up trophy No32 for his career, take a look at the Swede’s other 31 honours

ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC was Manchester United’s hero in the EFL Cup final thanks to his late winner against Southampton.

The Swede star, 35, netted the opening goal of the game, before Jesse Lingard doubled the lead in the first half.

Manolo Gabbiadini netted a quickfire double either side of the break, before Zlatan netted a last-gasp winner to get his hands on the 32nd trophy of his glittering career.

After the game, Ibrahimovic took to Instagram to share snap of himself with the League Cup trophy, captioning it simply: “Nr
32.”

In light of his recent silverware success, we take a look back at all of the Swedish superstar’s other 31 team gongs…

AJAX
Trophies won: 4 – Eredivisie x2, KNVB Cup,
Johan Cruyff Shield
Career total: 4
AFTER a trophyless three seasons at home side Malmo, Zlatan wasted no time in getting
his hands on some silverware at Ajax.

Ibrahimovic won the Eredivisie twice, the
KNVB Cup one and the Johan Cruyff Shield on
one occasion to boot.

JUVENTUS
Trophies won: 2 – Serie A x2 (later revoked
due to match-fixing scandal)
Career total: 6
ON leaving Ajax in 2004 – following a
second Dutch league title – Ibra went on to
spend two seasons in Turin at Juventus.

The Swede forward helped the Italian side
win the Serie A title on both occasions,
however they are no somewhat asterisked
as both were revoked due to the Calciopolo
match-fixing scandal.
INTER MILAN
Trophies won: 5 – Serie A x3, Supercoppa
Italiana x2
Career total: 11
FROM Juve, Zlatan moved on to join Inter
Milan, where he would spend another three
seasons at Italy.

Keeping up his 100 per cent record, Zlatan
won the Serie A title in all three years, as well
as bagging the Supercoppa Italiana twice.

BARCELONA

Trophies won: 5 – La Liga, Supercopa de
Espana x2, Super Cup, Club World Cup
Career total: 16
FANCYING a new challenge, Ibrahimovic
swapped Italy for Spain and join a star-
studded Barcelona for a one-season cameo.

In that year, Barca won the La Liga title, the Supercopa de Espana twice, the Super Cup
and the Club World Cup, as the Spanish giants made the most of their 2008-09 Champions League win.

AC MILAN
Trophies won: 2 – Serie A, Supercoppa
Italiana
Career total: 18
IMMEDIATELY after helping the Spanish giants win their season curtain-raising Supercopa de Espana, Zlatan moved back to
Milan, to join AC.
In his two seasons at I Rossoneri,
Ibrahimovic won the Serie A title and the Supercoppa Italiana once apiece.

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN

Trophies won: 12 – Ligue 1 x4, Coupe de France x 2, Coupe de la Ligue x3, Trophee des Champions x 3
Career total: 30

FROM Milan to Paris, Zlatan enjoyed the most success of his career in France, winning 12
trophies in just four years, at three per season.

To go with the Ligue 1 title in all FOUR of his seasons in the French capital, Ibra also won
the Coupe de France twice and the Coupe de la Ligue three times, as well as a trio of Trophee des Champions gongs.

MANCHESTER UNITED
Trophies won: 2 – EFL Cup, Community Shield
Career total: 32
ON to the present and Ibrahimovic has wasted no time proving his doubters wrong in netting goal after goal and now bagging
two titles in just six months.
After winning the season opener against Leicester in the Community Shield, Ibra can
now boast the EFL Cup title to boot.
