Media personality Unathi is finally gotten to the junction where she’s realized that she’s needs no more weight loss.
Unathi has being intentional on her weight loss for many years and she’s really influenced some of her followers as she takes time to share her journey and experiences.
However, in recent posts on Instagram, the star appreciated her trainer and revealed she needs more of body contour with no weight loss.
“I choose to share a few of my secrets. I sometimes wash before training so I can lather myself in oils, butters and creams. Gives me a glow up of note and makes the skin SOFT.I squat everyday (wisdom passed on from The Great ONE @glenzito long ago) keeps the cute. The detox @sifiso_msane has put me on is Working. I don’t want to lose weight. Just to contour my body more and I see the results. He won’t let me take full frontal pics until September though, OH well. Have a blessed day BELOVEDS”, she wrote.
