Babes Wodumo tries to get herself out of the mess UK promoter, DJ Mkhukhwini pulled her into. Weeks back, Babes had a show in the UK, however, she couldn’t make it to the show due to her grandmother’s death.
Though, it seems there was more attached to her absent as it’s caused the UK promoter suing the music star.
Babes took to her social media telling other artists to be cautious of the UK promoter who seem to have caused her disappointing her UK fans.
She said: “My statement right now is to warn all artists about uMkhukhwini as much as i have heard stories about him but most stories i thought they cant be true unfortunately i learnt the hard way that those stories are 100% true DONT EVER TAKE A GIG THAT COMES FROM MKHUKHWINI/KASILUV PRODUCTION YOU WILL REGRET IT…..its time we put a stop to these promoters who use artists for their own benefits i feel used i wont lie and my concerns are directed to international fans cause this is also unfair to them as well.”
However, Mkhukhwini confirmed to TshishaLIVE saying; “I am taking legal action. They (Babes and her team) actually owe me a lot but I’ve been advised not to say much by my legal team,” he said, adding that he would do whatever it takes to clear his name and recover what he lost by refunding people for the show.
