Victory Ibeb is the general overseer of “Favour of Anointing Ministries,” in Owerri, Imo state, and he’s acquired a new ride yesterday and decided to “share his testimony” online.
He shared photos of himself, while displaying his wads of csh on his bed, as he claims to be a “young billionaire”.
