Sbahle Mpisane is grateful for the second chance of living after escaping death in a fatal car accident.
The fitness bunnie is healthy but aids movement with crutches and she’s come to the decision of not giving her problem any form of power, which has triggered her to place pressure on her leg, in other to cause fast healing.
“The pain you feel today, will be the strength you feel tomorrow 🤞🏽 Almost a year since my injury but I’m not giving power to my problem,” The fitness bunnie said.
Sbahle shares video of herself working out despite leg injury and it’s being an inspiration to many followers.
She’s beginning to learn the skills of a chef as she’s shared snaps of some meal prepared.
