Prof. Akin Abayomi, the Lagos state Commissioner for health had advised participants at the African Magic viewers’ Choice Award, AMVCA which held on 14th March, 2020 to observe strict self-isolation as they may have come in contact with an individual who tested positive for coronavirus.
As a result of this advise, some celebrities have been revealing their personal efforts to contain the spread, one of such celebs is the winner of Big Brother Naija 2019, Mercy Eke.
Mercy has took to her Twitter handle and disclosed that she has been adhering strictly to the directives from health officials in line with the revelation that they might have been exposed to contracting the virus.
