Kelly Khumalo joins the list of celebs who have spoken about depression.
The singer shares more light about mental health illness and reveals why people seem to be depressed.
She also spoke of how depression goes from one generation to the other, and it will keep manifesting till a person heals which will further heal the generations to come.
In a three-slide video, Kelly explicated how you can avoid being depressed, and the importance of healing.
“Seek both medical and spiritual help, let go of what no longer serves you, be careful of who you exchange energies with, heal your bloodline, normalize cleansing your energy, make an effort to align with your life’s purpose, watch your mouth and thoughts as they have the power to build or destroy. Lastly never stop praying. May Gods’ healing locate you wherever you are,” she captioned post.
