Dancehall musician Epixode born Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo has requested that his colleagues Jupitar also born Michael Okine offer him an apology for calling him a fool on social media weeks ago.
After newly established Asaase FM announced that they are going to organise a clash between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy to settle the matter of who is the Dancehall King in Ghana, a lot of people had issues with it.
Jupitar happened to be one of the people who had issues with the pairing and requested that Shatta Wale be dropped for him to battle it out with Stonebwoy since he has been looking for that opportunity for long.
Epixode also jumped on the trend and requested to also clash with Jupitar before he(Jupitar) is allowed to face Stonebwoy. He added that 6 years ago when he dropped his Avatar song he expected Jupitar to respond but till date, he is yet to respond to it.
This move made Jupitar call him as a fool on twitter and ended up blocking him.
But in a recent interview on Zylofon FM, Epixode explained that though he understands the game and how things work he is not okay with how Jupitar called him a fool hence he demands an apology.
He said: “I don’t have any issue with him, but for calling me a fool he needs to come and apologize. Because I heard him on the radio that they should call for us to sit and plan business. NO! You call me a fool, you apologize before I come.”
The sound clash between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy is set to come off on September 12 at the premises of Asaase records.
