Adekunle Idowu aka Idowest in a recent interview with Nedu on Wazobia Max revealed a lot about his music struggles and relationship with Davido.
Idowest revealed in the interview that getting noticed by Davido before he was signed to DMW was not easy. He said he always went to all Davido’s shows in order to try to see the OBO but he was always never lucky to even get close.
He revealed there was even a time he always went to Davido’s house, banking on luck to play its role in his struggles in order for him to be able to meet with the superstar.
Idowest however revealed there was a time luck finally smiled on him when one of Davido’s artiste, Danagog, who noticed his constant visit to the house gate saw him and asked him why he was always coming around.
He revealed that meeting with Danagog kick-started the process of a turning point in his music career as he eventually met Davido as a result.
