controversial Counselor Lutterodt has been spotted in a trending video praying at the cemetery with holy wine and water.
According to him, God instructed him to do that to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
He said God told him to visit the cemetery at 12 noon to offer his prayers and turn the evil arrows that are aiming at some Ghanaians who are meant to die of the virus away.
