Cassper Nyovest had series of tweets after comparing Nigeria’s music industry to South Africa’s Hip Hop.
The rap star speaks of the unity in Nigeria’s industry but revealed that there is a growing hate in SA music industry.
“Niggas should stop looking for what’s missing in SA hip hop. The otherday, my friend left his phone at my crib and i came across thjs WhatsApp group of hip hop djs in SA. All niggas talk about is who they hate and what they hate about them. My name was obviously top of the tops.”
“What if we stopped being so obsessed with looking for what’s missing and what’s wrong with SA Hip Hop and rather just come up with optimistic suggestions, get more exciting collaborations, exchange value and information. Shout each other out when we are in foreign countries? Huh?” Cas added.
