SA rapper, Cassper Nyovest claims to own his masters right from the start, from his first album, Gusheshe in 2014.
Talks on music artists who own their masters was triggered by DJ Maphorisa, though the rapper was not in his list but it turned into a heated beef between the amapiano hitmaker and Prince Kaybee.
On Twitter, Cas slammed heresies on when he owned his masters;
“Nope. Owned all my masters from my very first album, up until now!!!! I own all my music!!! Came inda game a boss!!!!”
