Talking about the experience, she revealed the spa treatment was a surprise from her husband.
“I took some time out today to prepare for the month that’s to come. Exciting projects coming up!
This part of my life is sacred…it’s called self care. I care so much about my body and energy. I care about my routine, my mindset , my nutrition and exercise. For many years I took myself for granted, not anymore! Ohhhh and special shout out to hubby for a surprise spa day,” she said.
