Anatti has been nominated alongside Beyoncé and other contributors on the song ‘Brown Skin Girl’ in the Ashford & Simpson Songwriter’s Award category at this year’s Soul Train Awards in The USA.
Brown Skin Girl was part of Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift album, which was released in July, and features Saint Jhn, Wizkid and Blue Ivy.
The award ceremony is set to take place in Las Vegas on November 17.
Anatii is up for a nomination because of his contribution as a composer, according to Billboard. Fellow composers Michael Uzowuru and Ayodeji Balogun as well as several other composers have also been nominated for the award.
