Ghanaian singer-songwriter, Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr., known by his stage name Akwaboah Jnr, has revealed to fans that indeed he is being faced with lots of challenges in his career but he will still keep pushing until the right time comes.
Akwaboah Jnr is one of the prominent and talented songwriters and singers we have in Ghana. unfortunately, things are not going in his favor as we expected despite the level he has reached.
To Ghanaians, to be nominated 4 times in the VGMA and be the winner of the category ‘Songwriter of the Year’ is a plus and we can’t imagine him being faced with challenges.
During a live interaction with his fans on Twitter in a Q&A the former Sarkcess Music signee said despite the difficulties, he would never quit doing music since it was a legacy passed to him by his father. Aside from that he loves what he does (music).
When he was asked whether he will quit music any time soon, he said “Neva .. maso y3 den wen it comes to music” which translate: I’m stubborn when it comes to music
