Stephanie Del Valle from Puerto Rico emerged Miss World 2016 on the 18th December 2016.
The 19-year old Puerto-Rican won the 66th edition of the international beauty pageant held at MGM National Harbor Oxon Hill, Maryland. Del Valle is a student who is looking to get into Hollywood.

Yaritza Miguelina Reyes Ramirez of the Dominican Republic made the first runner-up followed by Miss World Indonesia; Natasha Mannuela. The beauty pageant saw contestants from over 100 countries including Nigeria at the 2016 edition.
China, Kenya,Belgium Ghana, Philippines, Cook Islands, Mongolia, Indonesia, France, USA, India, Slovakia, Korea, Hungary, Dominican Republic, Japan, Brazil, Thailand, Australia and Puerto Rico made it to top 20.
